Delete your TerraCity account
You can delete your account at any time. Here is how.
From the app
- Open TerraCity and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, write to contact@terracityqp.eu from the address linked to your account, with the subject “TerraCity account deletion”. We process the request within one month at most.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, city, biography, photo) and your access to the app.
Posts and comments
They are not deleted automatically. Ask for their removal by email if you wish.
