• Account: name, email address and password. The password is handled by Firebase Authentication: we never see it.
• Profile (optional): city, biography, photo.
• Garden life: role (visitor, ambassador, administrator), points, tasks, event registrations, posts and comments.
• Terra assistant: your messages and the history of your conversations.
• Sensors: garden soil measurements. These are not personal data.
• Security: log of administration actions.

• Location (optional): used to centre the map and suggest a route. It is not stored on our servers.
• Microphone (optional): to dictate your questions to Terra. Speech recognition is provided by your device's service.

To provide the service (performance of a contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), and to use location and microphone only with your agreement (consent).

We use Google (Firebase: authentication, database hosted in Europe, hosting, functions; Google Maps; Gemini for the Terra assistant) and a network operator to carry sensor measurements, without personal data.

Some processing by our providers may take place outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. After deletion, your profile and access are removed. Your posts and comments can be removed on simple request at the address above.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or object to processing by writing to contact@terracityqp.eu. You can also contact your national data protection authority.

This website uses no cookies or trackers. The app keeps on your device only the information strictly necessary for your sign-in.
